Darcie Newton, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Marketing

Darcie Newton has been investing in residential real estate for more than 7 years, and has successfully created developments in Utah and California. She is currently working toward creating the first sustainable development in Pacifica, CA, and a hotel complex in Costa Rica. She is an active member of her clildren's PTO (she has two daughters, ages 10 and 7) and is an envangelist of workable welath-building strategies.

Stuart Newton, Vice President of Sales & Strategic Partnerships

Stuart’s expertise is in the execution of business strategy. He has more than 25 years of sales, sales management and channel management experience. As an employee, partner and consultant, Stuart has a successful track record of accelerating revenue for emerging, growth and public companies. Mr. Newton has been responsible for closing more than $50 million in revenue for his clients and employers.

He has also been a successful real estate developer with a 53 acre development in the coastal town of Pacifica, CA, just 20 minutes south of San Francisco and a 225 lot development in the town of Jaco Beach, Costa Rica. He owns numerous properties and understands the need to improve cash flow through creative strategies such as Chattel Appraisals. He works closely with the management team as well as the Field Appraisers to assist them in achieving their monthly and quarterly revenue targets. He has a BA in Marketing from California State University at San Diego and lives in with his wife and two daughters in Pacifica, California.

        Vanson Nguyen, Project Manager

Vanson holds a master's degree in Mathematics and teaches part-time at Skyline College in Pacifica, CA. He is currently working on a class about rental real estaete and taxation. Vanson is not an investor yet, but is excited to get into the game: education first for Vanson.
